On your phone? Screenshot this QR, then open your banking or e-wallet app → DuitNow QR / Scan → choose the photo from your gallery. Put your order ID in the note.
Only you can see this dashboard. Customers see the shop page only.
Open Shop settings, choose how customers send orders (Instagram or WhatsApp), check your bank details, then save.
Go back to the shop and place a test order. It saves here automatically.
On the thank-you screen, tap the send button and check the order reaches you.
Paste that message into Add an order from chat below to try the customer flow.
Change statuses, check the bake list, then delete the test orders.

Cookies to bake, excluding cancelled orders.

Newest first. Change the status as you go: New, Paid, Baked, Shipped.

When a customer sends their order on Instagram or WhatsApp, copy the whole message and paste it here.
Contact and payment
Choose where customers send their order. Customers transfer to this bank account.
Upload a screenshot of your DuitNow QR from the TNG app. Crop it so only the QR code and your name show.
Batch schedule
The shop shows the next cut-off and ship date automatically.
Box sizes
Box price is the total of the cookies chosen, minus the box discount. Set a size to 0 to hide that box.
Flavours
Name, short description, price per cookie, dough colour and chip colour.
Delivery
0 means never free
Leave empty to hide this option

Gift add-ons
Pick-up times
Customers can only choose these times, from ship day until 6 days after. Leave a day empty if you're not available that day. Separate times with commas.
Those dates disappear from the pick-up list. Remove them once they've passed.
Taking orders
Close orders when your batch is full. Visitors see your message instead of the order form.
Shown to customers and tracked in your dashboard. 0 means no limit.
Before this time, visitors can browse the menu but can't order. Leave empty to open straight away.
